Kings Waterfront Residential Development

John Abbott Flooring were proud to work for Metro international on the Kings Waterfront scheme.  We offered design advice at the early stages of the contract and worked with the site team and staff to succesfully install some 7000m2 of Broadloom carpet, fixed to crumb rubber underlay.  In the communal areas we install high quality carpet tiles and alluminium nosing sections to stair edges.  The Kings Waterfront development will continue to be a popular place to live for many years to come.

Imperial War Museum, Manchester

We installed the floor coverings at Manchester's Imperial War Museum, working as sub contractor for Sir Robert McAlpine.  The contract involved the supply and fix of various types of hard wearing carpet tiles, broadloom and safety flooring.  The development showcases our ability to deliver the very highest standards necessary when everybody will be looking at the end result.

Castlegate Apartments, Manchester

John Abbott Flooring worked as sub contractor to Wilson Bowden on the Castlegate Apartments installation.  In all some 4000 m2 of broadloom carpet, on crumb rubber underlay were installed to the apartments.  Castlegate Apartments are marketed within Manchester as high quality luxury apartments and John Abbott's were delighted to be part of the team that put them together

West One, Sheffield

Working as sub contractor to MJ Gleeson West One underscored John Abbotts reputation as the best in the industry at delivering high quality installations in luxury apartments.  The West One Contract involved the supply and fix of 15,000 m2 broadloom, fixed to crumb rubber underlay.  To the communal areas we installed carpet tiles and stair nosings and to en-suites woodplank vinyl.
